Hey Mad Architect! Very awesome and exciting stuff! I spent an entire month on Montserrat last year...I nearly bought a house...but I ended up purchasing a lot instead! Please show more of your project and keep up the good work!!
Hey Mad Architect. KK again. I actually roamed around the outside of this house wondering if I could purchase it....but it was not for sale at the time. Very exciting that you were able to purchase it....I was also interested in the John Keller house you have on some of your pix. Great location and great fixer-upper!
What do you do on Montserrat? Are you an architect on the island? Are you working on the Little Bay project?
Perhaps you can help me design a small house on my lot...pretty much across the ghaut from yours I think!
This house wasn't for sale, I sent an offer after I noticed the extent of repair needed on the house. It was a shot in the dark that luckily came through.
I am an architect on the Little Bay project. Where is your lot?
Building Sight; an obvious play on words. This blog aims to be a running commentary on a design-build renovation of a house for myself in Montserrat, British West Indies. It is a building site, which the world is allowed to view...building sight.
